Back in July this year, Xiaomi has officially entered the notebook market with the Mi Notebook Air. The laptop is available in two sizes - 12.5- and 13-inch, and a new variant might be in the works according to the company invitation. Xiaomi has scheduled a new press event on December 23, but not much is revealed about the new model.

The new model might not be different, except for the 4G module. The invitation shows a 4G network signal, while the design looks to be the same. China Mobile's logo also suggest that the model will have a 4G network signal. The current models are priced at ¥3,499 ($530) and ¥4,999 ($750), respectively.
