While Android OS has ways to use 64-bit OS, we have yet to see flagship Windows smartphone that has more than 4 GB of RAM. Some Snapdragon-powered smartphones could see small performance improvements since they support 64-bit OS, and the support will introduce phones with more RAM, lower-power consumption, and more.
