The test showed that the OnePlus 3 (A3003) model that was benchmarked contained 6GB of RAM. The Snapdragon 820 SoC was under the hood carrying a quad-core CPU. The build of Android used on the phone was Android 6.0.1.
The OnePlus 3 has had some fairly consistent Geekbench results. The latest test dated today resulted in a single-core score of 2394 with a multi-core tally of 5635. Two previous tests dated yesterday showed single-core scores of 2277 and 2400, with multi-core scores of 5157 and 5516. In April, a version of the OnePlus 3 with the Snapdragon 820 SoC and 6GB of RAM produced single-core and multi-core scores of 2094 and 4944, respectively.
The remaining specs expected for the OnePlus 3 include a 5.5-inch display carrying a 1080 x 1920 FHD resolution, with 32GB/64GB of internal storage. A 16GB rear-facing camera will team up with the 8MP selfie snapper in front. A 3000mAh battery provides the energy that makes the phone run, and a fingerprint scanner is located below the display.
Besides the Geekbench test, images of what apparently is a OnePlus 3 prototype were leaked. Note that the phone in the photographs does not look completely like the finished product as seen on the TENAA documentation.
